DMM 4650

The DMM 4650 is a signal processor, capable of audio recording and playback, as well as audio signal generation such as alarms.

The main application is for PA racks, but stand-alone applications are possible as well. The audio signals can consist of alarm, chime, texts etc. and also random combinations. These programs were created by DYNACORD and stored as presets. The audio quality of the messages can be selected depending on memory extension and different user requirements. Password protection is provided. The operation is similar to cassette recorders or CD players. A RS 232 interface allows saving and loading of unit configurations and message data. In order to ensure function reliability, a self-test and an audio data verification is installed. The alarm is provided via a dedicated output. The DMM 4650 does not require maintenance due to its use of flash memory. The device has CE marking as well as UL and CSA recognition and is EN 60849 / VDE 0828 conformable in combination with the PROMATRIX® System.
