The DPC 4010/10R and the DPC 4020/20R paging stations are "two in one" microphone terminals for the PROMATRIX® system in a 19" enclosure, which allow to controll redundant parts of the installation in A/B wiring to operate both systems independently using common electrically separated controls. Silmultaneously trigger functions like live announcements, alarms, permanently stored messages or macros in both parts are possible. Each paging console provides individual connections for linking the paging station inputs NRS 90215 or NRS 90234 of the two corresponding DPM 4000 units. The connections are established using the two supplied cables; but local installation is possible as well. • DPC 4510/10R with 8 function keys, 10 selection keys and 3 covered alarm keys • DPC 4520/20R with 8 function keys, 20 selection keys and 3 covered alarm keys. All paging stations have a microprocessor for the controlling of all functions including the microphone's. The devices contain a non-volatile flash memory for configuration data. The microphone is a condenser microphone with pre-amplifier as well as a compressor/limiter. All keys are freely programmable. The key labeling can be done via label stripes and MS WORDTM template. A watchdog circuit is built in for the processor monitoring. Furthermore, the internal power supply is controlled continuously and an error is displayed immediately. Line monitoring for audio wiring as well as for RS 485 control lines makes identification and report of line interruption and short-circuit possible. The paging stations are configured by the PROMATRIX® Designer software. All key functions, priorities, options and other features can be defined by the help of a graphic and dialog oriented user interface.
This paging station employs gooseneck microphone and 6 function keys as well as a covered alarm key
