Dynacord IX Series amplifiers named Best of Show at InfoComm 2025

The new networked multi-channel DSP amplifiers earn their second major industry accolade, solidifying their position as a game-changing solution for small-to-mid-sized fixed installations.

Back-to-back industry recognition

Dynacord’s IX Series amplifiers have been honored with a prestigious Best of Show award at InfoComm 2025 in Orlando. Presented by Systems Contractor News to highlight the industry's premier new AV technologies, this mark of excellence follows on the heels of the series' first Best of Show win from Installation magazine at ISE 2025.

“We are delighted that the IX Series has been recognized with another Best of Show award,” said Bradley Drummond, Global Head of Installed Sound Product Management & Strategy at Dynacord. “Our team has put in a huge amount of hard work to create this revolutionary amplifier family, and these awards pay testament to that."

Unmatched flexibility and value for integrators

Engineered in Germany, the IX Series redefines modern sound amplification in fixed installations. Designed to fit both centralized and decentralized system architectures, these IP-networked amplifiers offer native third-party control via software plugins for Crestron and Q-SYS. By combining premium feature sets with a competitive price point, the series delivers exceptional value to AV consultants, installers, and system integrators.

Streamlined system design in a 1U chassis

The IX Series line consists of five versatile models across two 8-channel and three 4-channel configurations, delivering power options of 1,500, 3,000, and 6,000 total watts in a compact, space-saving 1U form factor. The family streamlines overall rack design by eliminating the need for separate DSP units, Dante break-in boxes, or external system controllers, handling both Hi-Z (70V/100V) and Lo-Z loads with ease.

Tailored for diverse venue architectures

This technical capability makes the IX Series ideal for the diverse demands of modern commercial and performance spaces, including hospitality venues, corporate offices, houses of worship, educational facilities, and sports stadiums.

Drummond added: "Even more importantly, the IX Series starts shipping in early July with full support in SONICUE Sound System Software version 1.5, so customers will get to experience all the benefits of this ground-breaking technology very soon.”
