IX Series multichannel DSP amplifiers — now shipping

The IX Series has been one of the most anticipated product launches in Dynacord's recent history — announced at ISE 2025 to an audible response from integrators and consultants who'd been asking for a modern, networked successor to the IPX line. After two Best of Show awards and several months of pre-production evaluation with key integrators, the IX Series is now in stock and shipping worldwide.

Five models cover the full installed-sound power bracket, from the IX15:4 suited to mid-size installations up to the IX60:8 for large-scale multi-zone venues. All share the same control architecture: full SONICUE integration, Dante/AES67 networking, and onboard DSP capable of FIR EQ, limiting, delay, and dynamic processing per output channel.

The clearest change from the IPX generation is the networking stack. Every IX unit ships with Dante and AES67 as standard — no optional card, no separate licence. Combined with SONICUE's system-level view across all devices, larger installations that previously required a separate matrix processor can now be managed through the amplifiers themselves.

Each IX model packs a full DSP signal chain per output — EQ, FIR filtering, dynamics, delay, and output limiting — with the processing power to handle real-time corrections without impacting latency. The Dante implementation is certified at AES67 interoperability level, meaning the IX integrates cleanly into third-party AV-over-IP ecosystems without workarounds.

All five IX Series models are available now through authorised Dynacord distributors. Spec sheets, EASE data files, and A&E specification texts are available in the Downloads Hub. SONICUE 2.8 or later is required for full IX Series support.
